Returns
- Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

- Special order items
- Installed or used parts
- Software, update kits, or digital products
- Clearance or final sale items
Restocking Fees
- Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- Please include photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
